Hotel Air Conditioning Upgrade
Elite Refrigeration delivered a complete HVAC upgrade for an Aus Venue Co Hotel redevelopment, providing design, supply, and installation of mechanical services to support the venue’s expansion and modernisation. The project included the installation of 2 new 140kW package units and 5 ducted air conditioning systems throughout the Bistro, Sports Bar, Function Rooms, and Administration areas, along with BMS upgrades, compliant ductwork, CO₂ monitoring with sensor controlled ventilation, energy efficient kitchen exhaust systems, and relocation of mechanical plant for improved service access. The result is a reliable, energy efficient system that enhances comfort and air quality while meeting the demands of a high traffic hospitality environment, delivered with minimal disruption to trade.

Food Storage & Packaging Facility
Elite Refrigeration designed and installed a comprehensive refrigeration system for a food storage and packaging facility, including cold storage, freezer, packing, cheese, production rooms, and washrooms. Cold Room & Freezer Room Upgrade
Local Leagues Club required the replacement of an end-of-life kitchen cold room and freezer room. Elite Refrigeration strategically planned, project-managed and executed the demolition, removal, and installation of new rooms and refrigeration systems. To ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations, night works and temporary partitioning work zones were implemented throughout the project. The upgraded cold room and freezer room now provides the kitchen team with reliable, efficient, and future-ready facilities.
